Can I order online at Sarang Mart and get my Pickup order at the store?
Yes! Our Pickup service makes it easy to shop at sarangkoreanmart.com or through our Facebook page, then pick up your order in as little as 30 minutes.
What are the Same Day Pickup hours?
We offer Same Day Pickup from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Orders must be placed by 8 p.m, Monday through Sunday. If ordering outside of these hours, we will ready your order on the next day by morning or noon.
Which store branches offer Same Day Pickup?
Pickup service is available at every Sarang Mart Branches.
How does Pickup at Sarang Mart work?
Shop products on sarangkoreanmart.com. Then choose Store Pickup at your preferred store branch. It's easy! We'll send you a notification email and text when your order is ready, then visit the store and present an identification card. Our staff will bring the order to you.
Can I use a third-party delivery service to get my Pickup order?
Yes! You can book from any third-party delivery service such as Grab Express, Angkas Padala, JoyRide Delivery, Borzo (formerly Mr. Speedy), and Lalamove Express.
How will I know when my Pickup order is ready?
You'll be notified via email and text when your order is ready with instructions on how to pick up your order.
Is there a fee for Pickup?
There is no additional fee for Pickup nor a minimum estimated subtotal at time of checkout to qualify.
